Christians have been admonished against accepting defeat in life especially when rejected by fellow-men on earth as creatures of God have developed the attitude to under mine fellow beings, noting that self denial is evil, against living principles and unscriptural but must desist from complaining and rising up to giving their lives a meaning by making positive steps and building themselves in God to foster productivity.
Guest Preacher during last Thursday Prophetic Power Clinic, an interdenominational Christian Fellowship Centre hosted by the Christian Pentecostal Mission, CPM, Evang. Jeff handed down the admonition while delivering sermon.
Evang. Jeff who assured Christians that whatever God has destined, or prepared for any individual must surely come to pass and will not be cut off, said walking in the path of God is the only avenue with which anyone could surmount life pressures and difficulties, noting that an individual’s elevation is not in the hands of a family member or those one may be familiar with but ordered by God.
Speaking on the topic, “I Refuse to return the same with text from the book of Judges Chapter 11,” the man of God explained the circumstances surrounding Jephthah’s birth a son of an harlot, though was a rich and mighty man of valour, yet he was rejected, excommunicated and denied inheritance of his father, Gilead.
According to the preacher, Jephthah did not took to sorrow or accepted defeat but fled from the presence of his brothers to settle at a place called Tob, and there he become the leader of mighty men.
The rejected Jephthah was later sought for by his brothers, elders and people of Israel at the time of war with an oath of making him their leader if he conquered their enemies, the Ammonites.
Evang. Jeff posited that if Christians maintain their stance with God like Jephthah, their enemies who gossiped, hated, excommunicated and denied them would not only be first to look for them but shall also rewrite and announce their overcoming stories.
Evang. Jeff who emphasies on Jepthah’s background at birth noted that Christians who wants to achieve in life may not need their family members to attain any height, also warns against gossiping and recalling someone else’s past, saying that, the scripture must be fulfilled, as you gossip others so, you shall be gossiped.
He further warns against judging and condemning others, nothing that two cardinal things are involved in gossiping, adding that when you are been gossiped, people are spreading and announcing you to someone who will help to locate you to your prepared place and also they are praying your prayers for you.
The man of God who urges Christians to be prayerful assures that it does not take God anything to change and connect any man to his destination.
Meanwhile, in a similar message entitled ‘Rendering the natural useless” with text from the second book of the kings chapter 7 and the gospel according to St. Mark chapter 10, delivered penultimate Thursday, Christians were urged not to condemn themselves but nullify the natural for God to locate them.
The assistant pastor of the Christian Pentecostal Mission, CPM town branch, Ibeto Road, Pastor Emeka had dropped the charge while delivering the sermon during the Prophetic Power Clinic service. Emeka who noted that being closer to church was never closeness to God admonished all to emulate the blind Baethemeus at the beautiful gate who abandoned his natural being, and continued beckoning on Christ for attention until his healing.
According to pastor Emeka, by qualification no one was qualify but by nullifying the natural, God will locate all for miracle, adding that where someone maybe today is not his/her last busstop because God is on the throne.
He charged all to be positive in their expressions saying that according to the bible, what you say is what will happen.
However, life changing testimonies had greeted participants at the fellowship, as a lady testified about the unconditional release of her friend from prison custody following the prophetic pronouncement of the man of God, Austine Ohaji.
Another testifier, Comrade James Mgboineme had also testified to the glory of God, the court victory of his boss Apostle Felix Fyneface Ayayi which according to him was one of the three challenges that took him to locate the Prophetic Power Clinic.
According to him, his boss Ayayi had been in court for over two years on framed allegations against him as chairman of Andoni local government council since 2009, and thank God for the fulfilled Prophesies of victory at court. ###
