The exploit of Goldashe International Football club, a social recreational Football club based in Port Harcourt has taken another dimension as it had now sponsored it youth team to feature in a youth football competition in South Africa. Disclosing this to the public in a radio programme, the team manager, Duntonye Joseph said, in a bid to have it team maintain it course, the parent team of Goldashe deemed it fit to sponsor it youth side in an international football competition in South Africa, stating that this is one of the noble gestures the Goldashe team is known for, giving a helping hand to deserving youthful footballers and the less-privileged.” Goldashe International Football Club has it members across the globe as all field of endeavour could be find in its fold. Though, it corporate headquarters is based in Port Harcourt yet it has its members across the universe with various professionals in their right. Goldashe trains at Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST) thrice in the week and maintained it own club house and training pitch alongside match pitch. Just recently, for the club noble gesture of assisting the less privileged ones and encouraging youthful football talents, the league of character club honoured and awarded the club of maintaining good character in promoting peace love and unity through sports. ###
