The Chairman Organizing Committee Baptist, Pastors Fellowship Rev. Robert O. Okparanta has called on all and sundry to consider repentance from their evil way and turn to Christ or be prepared to be candidate for hell fire.
The Man of God handed down this warning at the end of the 5th Ministers’ Spiritual Retreat of the Nigeria Baptist Convention Eastern and south-south zone adding that the convention will bring about more knowledge and zeal to serve God better.
Okparanta further stated that the retreat will afford to prepare better pastors, preachers and teachers of the gospel who will impact on the people, while spreading the gospel to other part of the world.
He believes that if the pastors perform well they will affect lives of criminals, reduce crime rate as righteousness will exalt the nation, cultists will change, armed robbers will turn from their ways, politicians will stop looting public fund and develop the nation, state and local government.
Pastor Okparanta who is 25 years as a pastor called on leaders at all level to honour God saying that one cannot lead right without God as such they should repent from their ways and allow God to take the lead in their lives for them to lead in righteousness. ###
