Kings Household Int’l Church Appreciates God

The General Overseer of the Kings Household International Church, Bishop (Dr.) Julius Ugorji has urged Christians to be focus in their service to God, for God will visit them and their stories will change.

The bishop handed down this in a three in one service organized by the church in the headquarters at Alode in Eleme Local Government of Rivers State. The programme were the church thanksgiving service for all that He has done for the church especially for seeing them through in the consecration of the bishop this year, founders day appreciation and encouragement of Nigeria youth corpers serving in Eleme LGA.

Speaking further, Dr. Ugorji who took his quotation from Judges chapter 11:12 narrated the history of Jephtha who was chase home by his brethren for being a son of a harlot saying that when God visited him, he was brought home by his brethren who chase him, begging him to come and fight for them and captain over them because he was focused.

Ugorji described the most miserable people in the world as those who could not make decision and recalled that when the church moved to the present site, it was a tick forest that discouraged many, even as some pastors were gripped with fear of lion eating them but said with God on their side today the church did not only record successes but people have taken advantage to settle in the place.

Speaking to newsmen, Evang. Samapson Uebari thank God for the successful hosting of the tripartite programme. Uebari said that after this programme the church is moving to build on residential quarters for youth corpers serving in Eleme where they will stay without payment of rent throughout their service year and that the church will renew the evangelism work in the area. ###
