It was pleasant to behold last Friday, as Apostle Zilly Aggrey stormed Nigerian House of Peace Port Harcourt, the base of Bishop Dr. Friday Nwator in confirmation of the recent peace that has been brokered between the two religious leaders in the state after a thorny relationship over the composition of the executive of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN), Rivers State chapter.
Bishop Nwator had gone to court to challenge the composition of the PFN leadership, which he described as lopsided.
The Newswriter’s Managing Editor who witnessed the visit, described it as best thing that has happened to Christendom in Rivers State.
Reacting to the development, Bishop Nwator said Zilly Aggrey remain his child and is loved by all members of PFN and Christians in Rivers State at large. According to him, it is natural for people to misunderstanding, but what is more important is the ability of the parties to reconcile and forge ahead.
Nwator said PFN under the leadership of Apostle Aggrey has faired very well and people are happy about it. ###
