Nigerians Celebrate With TGS Epele At His Thanksgiving Service

Nigerians from different parts of the country recently celebrated with Rear Admiral TGS Epele, DSS, PSCFWC at his thanksgiving service which took place at Mary Slessor Presbyterian Church, Churchill Borokiri Port Harcourt.

TGS Epelle a Director of Medical Services Nigerian Navy was described as specially made by God to serve mankind. Deescribing his challenge in the Nigerian Navy medical services at the grand reception which took place after the church service, a retired senior naval officer, Cdr. Andrew Agbonwaneghe who described the celebrant as an officer very difficult to forget, adding that his track record in the Nigerian Navy medical services as a director is used to serve humanity with the fear of God. He appealed to all Nigerians in the Nigeria military to emulate the gesture.

Rear Admiral Epelle’s good will messages were delivered by the spokesman for Castle Club of Nigeria, Dr. Rollings Jamabo and other senior Nigeria naval officers.

The celebrant who hails from Opobo, in Opobo/Nkoro Local Government of Rivers State was presented with a of trophy accounting for his good life in the Epele family of Opobo, by Alabo Sir Samuel Ajenarigha Georffrey Epelle (JP) head of the Epelle family.

In his speech, Alabo Samuel A.G. Epelle when presenting the award of excellence said that the celebrant has made the Epele family in Opobo proud.

He challenged all sons and daughters of Opobo kingdom to emulate the celebrant and thanked him for a job well done.

The celebrant in his vote of thanks expressed appreciation to all Nigerians who came from their various destinations despite their busy schedule to felicitate with him and his family, thanking them for their kind gesture. The celebrant also in his speech dedicated his achievement to God and prayed for more God’s wisdom.

The chairman of the organizing committee, Lt. Commander V.C Igboezue expressed gratitude for the success of the programme and thanked all members of the committee. ###
