Still basking in the euphoria of the Super Eagles Victory at the 29th African Cup of Nations, President of Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) Alhaji Aminu Maigari last week had stated that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is considering making a proposal to bid for the hosting right of 2019 African Cup of Nations.
Alhaji Maigari, stressed that the country has all what it takes to host the rest of the African footballing nations in the country, adding that Nigeria has done it before in 1999 and can even surpass that record now that the country football system is on the rise.
“Administratively and otherwise Nigeria is equal to the task, we have all the facilities and good environment to host the continent”.
The NFF boss used the occasion to urge all Nigerians to support coach Stephen Keshi as he consolidates on the victory of the Super Eagles in the 29th African Cup of Nations to thinker a more formidable Super Eagles that could stand any team in the world, even now that the Super Eagles will be representing Africa in the forthcoming Confederation Cup in Brazil. ###
