Hart Tips Nigeria Against The Elephants

As Nigerians continue to rejoice following Super Eagles murky flight to the quarter finals of the ongoing African Cup of Nations in South Africa, soccer pundits are x-raying the chances of the Stephen Keshi boys against The Elephants of Ivory Coast, a star studded side clearly dreaded by every team in Africa.
Reacting to a text poser on Nigeria’s chances against the team which parades legends like Didier Drogba, Salomon Kalou, the Toure brothers Yaya and Kolo and Arsenal FC’s goal poacher, Yao Gervinho, the President of Goldashe United FC of Port Harcourt, Mr. Fubara Kingsley Hart declared emphatically that the game of soccer is as unpredictable as the weather.
“The era of big name is waning by the day in Africa and don’t forget that football is not mathematics where equations would not change. The same Zambia which shot down Ghana and Ivory Coast to win the last Nations Cup has just been edged out in a group where Nigeria performed better and finished second” stated the soccer exponent, the Director of Finance and Administration at the Government House, Port Harcourt.
Fubara Kingsley Hart however calls for a more tactical approach against the Ivory Coast in view of its pedigree as a highly mobile and attacking side.
He reckoned that the game would be tough in every ramification.
“Looking at their records so far, they have won all games against crack sides like Algeria, Tunisia and Togo. A loss to Nigeria would send them packing. That’s why Coach Keshi should deploy every technical and tactical knowhow to go through. It is doable. They should just approach the match with a winning mentality” said the Goldashe boss.
Nigeria made it to the quarter finals following 2-0 win over Ethiopia in their last group match on Tuesday where Chelsea of England import, Victor Moses converted penalties in the 80th and 85th minutes respectively.
The quarter finals match will hold at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium, Nelspruitj, South Africa by 5.00pm Nigerian time.
