C.M.C. F Ends Year With Prayers

God has a good plan for all Christians he wants their praise and worship at all times. He wants them to do his will and expand his kingdom on earth.
Fear and doubt are the greatest weapons troubling the Christendom, and should be dealt with.
Dr. I.D. Kalada of Rivers State Ministry of Health made this statement at a one day solemn assembly held recently in Port Harcourt with the Theme: “Christians are dying in the Northern part of Nigeria”.
The programme was organized by the Concerned Ministers and Christians Forum (CMCF) of Nigeria, Port Harcourt chapter, Rivers State, led by its president, Rev. Godwill E.D. Jumbo (JP) who posited that Christians and Nigerians in general should not leave the security of the nation in the hands of security agents alone, they should be vigilant and rise up in prayers to put a stop to the evil invasion upon this country.
Dr. Kalada opined that Christians in the South also die, but this, he said, happens when they refused to do the will of God or repent of their evil ways.
The time for Christians to rise and pray for themselves and the country seriously is now, as it is written in the holy book that one with God is majority, while the one inside the Christian is greater than the one in the world.
Kalada said Christians know very well that the coming of our Lord Jesus is near, and this should spur them to action and challenges, make them to refrain from sinful acts and come out in unison and pray for God’s healing of the body, soul, spirit and the land.
Tendencies like arrogance, pride, lies cheating, deceiving fellow brethren should not be seen in them, as this will move God to answer prayers and save the nation from the impending calamity., he noted.
Dr. Kalada used the occasion to pray for the economic well being of the country, asking God to touch Nigerian leaders to hear from him and obey his words and directions for the betterment of the nation.
Prayers were offered for political rulers, judiciary, security agents, and Nigerians in general while also asking God to intervene on the evil of Boko Haram and all other evil perpetrators in Nigeria. ###
