Each time people asked question: what does it take to love, and how could love be proved. Presently Ijeoma and Prince have decided to express their love in an amenable way by taking each other to the alter, thereby receiving blessings from the Almighty God.
The event took place at Stella Maris Catholic Church Eastern bypass, when the officiating minister, Rev. John Nubari Poroma charged Ijeoma/Prince through the book of Ephesians 5,2, 25, 32, which he said that this mystery marriage has many implications, “I am saying it applied to Christ and the church, so ye may follow Christ by loving as he loved you, by giving himself up in our place. That husband should love his wife as Christ loved the church and sacrifice himself for her to make her holy”.
Rev. John also urged the wife to love her husband and summit herself to him as to fulfill God’s purposes.
According to the Rev., the symbol of ring exchange is to remind the couple of their consecration of love through Christ our Lord. After the joining, order ministers also advised the couple to be focus and tolerate each other as to avoid quarrel between themselves.
Rev John also charged parents to stay off the couple to allow them express the existence of love within them.
At the reception, the guests from the high table, the Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Habila Joshak who witnessed the event also charged the couple to be focused and depend on peace and love that cover all challenges in the institution of marriage.
He also described Prince as a hard working, gentle and composed young man, and advised the couple to keep away from any third party, but should instead put God first in every of their endeavour. ###
