Those who were at No. 51A Craft Road, Ogale in Eleme LGA of Rivers State, venue of the child dedication ceremony of the immediate past Youth President of Ogale, Comrade Darlington Obele-Nyimeone, on the 28th of October, 2012; would attest to the fact that the presence of Old Stars Football Club of Eleme, was outstanding at the event.
Speaking with our correspondent, Hon. Omasi Osaro, the PRO and image-maker of Old Stars F.C. of Eleme, disclosed that the Chief celebrant, Comrade Nyimeone, who is also a member of the club, invited them to come and celebrate with him.
He emphasized that they were at the event for people to join in the spirit of football, which is all about winning today and loosing tomorrow and have the spirit of forgiveness.
Omasi, affirmed that they care for one another, celebrate with whosoever that is celebrating and mourns with whosoever that is mourning, if they are properly invited, urging interested or would be members to reach out to Mr. Babarima, the club president, or Mr. Prospero Osaro, the club Secretary; as forms are available and open for everybody to join.
Hon. Osaro commended the presence of Mr. Abel Olungwe, Barr. Chijor and Mr. J.O. Nwogu at the event and described members of the Old Stars F.C. as prominent and prudent that takes responsibility at hand.
