Female rapists have re-surfaced in Harare. The latest victim is a taxi-driver.
Police say the taxi-driver was hired by a female from Zengeza Shopping Centre to Thornbridge Farm in Waterfalls at around 2330 hours on Sunday.
Upon arrival, two men and a woman appeared and the four teamed up to beat the taxi-driver before undressing him and forcing him to be intimate with one of the women.
The four then took the used condom, a cell phone, $48 and a DVD player.
ZRP Harare Province Spokesperson Chief Inspector James Sabau confirmed the incident and urged taxi-drivers and motorists to be wary of people they offer lifts, especially at night.
