Rivers State College of Arts and Science, Rumuola, Port Harcourt have concluded arrangements to mount a I-day memorial colloquium to mark one decade of the passage to eternity of a great radio commentator, Delta activist, environmental poet, standing comedian and amiable teacher, Late DR IBIWARI DIMBO IKIRIKO.
The theme of the colloquium is THE LIFE, TIMES & WORKS OF IBIWARI DIMBO IKIRIKO (1954 2002) and holds on Thursday, March 8, 2012 in RIVCAS Multi-Purpose Hall at 10.00 am.
The colloquium to be chaired by CHIEF ALLWELL ONYESOH, Chairman of Rivers State Post Primary Schools Board will feature topical academic discussions by seasoned scholars led by PROFESSOR CHLDI MADUKA With DR CAPTAIN ELECHI AMADI, PROFESSOR JOSEPH AJIENKA, Vice Chancellor, University of Port Harcourt, MR RICHARD OFURU, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, ELDER CHIDI WIHIOKA, Chairman, Road Maintenance Agency, HON JUSTICE SOBERE BIAMBO amongst others as distinguished guests of honour.
