Despite the elaborate burial rites arranged for the late Biafran War Lord, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, his departed soul might not find a resting place.
According to Comrade Kalada M. Jene of the AFRA DESCENDANT MOVEMENT, ADM, who also believes in the spirit of a separate and sovereign entity from Nigeria said, except the vision and mission of retired Col Odumegwu Ojukwu is actualized, his soul might not have eternal rest.
In an interview with this medium, the activist said there was existence of Sovereign State of Biafra where everything was flowing in abundance before the Nigerian colonialists and those he referred to as corrupt leaders emerged in the horizon.
Comrade Jene disclosed further that his Movement is at its advanced stage of accomplishment and that whatever that is happening to the Nigeria nation today including the “Boko Haram” insurgence is for a divine mission.
“It might interest you to know that everything that we predicted earlier is gradually coming to fulfillment and even the Boko Haram Islamic Sect’s insurgence is not surprising to us, they are all for a purpose”, he noted.
He used the opportunity to urge his supporters and believers in their course to get ready to enter the Promised Land, adding that they (the movement) do not believe that Ikemba Odumegwu Ojukwu is dead and would not send any condolence message to that effect.
He described OJukwu as a living legend and a visionary leader whose spirit will continue to direct them aright. Comrade Jene declared that any tribute to Ojukwu would be to actualize his dreams to better the society.
