Born 63 years ago in the wonderful Kingdom of Bonny in Rivers State, in the federal Republic of Nigeria, one time vice president of Port Harcourt club from 1992 1994, also chairman Rivers State Football Association, Dr. (Engr.) Vincent Furo, JP, was the man who formerly chaired the signing of Eagle Cement into the hands of the Rivers State government under governor Sir. Peter Odili. Today, Eagle Cement has transformed into Dolphins football club and is making Rivers state proud.
