The Super Eagles Chief coach, Steven Okechukwu Keshi is on the verge of making history in the national senior team by discovering a 23- year-old youth corper for the Super Eagles, in one of his locally monitored championship in the local scene.
Keshi discovered Sam Morah and forwarded the promising corper player to the Nigerian national team home based Eagles.
According to Keshi, if 23 years Sam Morah could only break into the first eleven of his newly transformed Eagles, from the local scene, he might have made history with him, in the Super Eagles as the first identified fresh talent in the home front.
Keshi without wasting time invited Sam Morah to the home based Eagles squad to have a better view of him in training.
Keshi was not disappointed on what he saw about Sam Morah as he dazzled his way to the heart of Keshi even in training.
As at the time of filing in this report, Sam Morah is still an integral part of the Nigerian home based Eagles. Who knows he might just be another Daniel Amokachi, Rashidi Yekini or even Finidi George.
These players were all discovered from the local scene and later came up to run the Super Eagles that made Africa and Nigeria proud at the 1994 world cup. ###
