The Newswriter Editor’s Late Brother Laid To Rest

The late Mr. Silas Wokedinma Ejiowhor, senior brother to Mr. Emeka Jilly Ejiowhor the political editor of The Newswriter Newspaper has been laid to rest in his hometown Omuolunwor Omute-Omuanwa in Ikwerre local government area of Rivers.
Mr. Silas Wokendinma Ejiowhor was born on 20th July 1957 to late Mr. and Mrs. Wokedinma Ejiowhor Wasor of Mgbuokedi kindred in Omuolunwor Omute-Omuanwa in Ikwerre local government area of Rivers State. I.
Late Silas Ejiowhor until his death after a brief illness in November 2011 was a senior driver at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
He was survived by his wife Mrs. Comfort Wokedinma Ejiowhor a staff of RSUST and nine children four boys and five girls.
In his tribute Mr. Emeka Jilly Ejiowhor the political editor of The Newswriter Newspaper who described his late brother’s death as shocking and great lost to the family, recalled William Shakespeare book in Julius Caesar which said that “death is a necessary end that will come when it will come” noting that God is the only one who can tell why he left the planet earth in a hurry and urged his brothers, sisters and the entire family of Ejiowhor Wasor to bear the loss of their brother, father, husband, uncle and nephew.

He described late Mr. Silas Ejiowhor as a quiet, humble, hardworking man who distanced himself from trouble while on earth and prayed that God should receive him into his bosom warmly.
