Peace Ambassador Charges Nigerians To Be Patriotic

Chief (Dr.) Ighodaye Fidelis Adegheji (JP), has advised Nigerians to cooperate with each other to pilot the affairs of the country properly.

Dr. Fidelis stated this during the 51st Independent Day anniversary.

He urged Nigerians to avoid stealing as it has led to negative achievements in the nation and the nation can only achieve positive growth in unity.

“Nigeri is a wide nation which has every tendency to develop and achieve great height in every endeavour. But we lack co-operation and patriotism to push us ahead to a greater development. Fighting and discrimination would not solve our problem, but will rather lead us to negativity,” he stated.

The Peace Ambassador said economic and political stability should be our portion if Nigerians focus on greater things rather than corruption and look into the challenges facing this great nation rather than exploiting the economic affairs of the country.

Dr. Fidelis described the security sector as a disgrace to the nation for having allowed the perpetration of the nuisance called Boko Haram. He urged security agents to be alert and put seriousness into their job.####
